Production and shipping

The photographs offered by WILPSIZE are produced after receipt of the order. Production, packaging and shipping are carried out by our production and fulfillment partner WhiteWall.

The ordered artworks are shipped by WhiteWall directly to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process.

Delivery areas

WILPSIZE currently delivers to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The delivery countries and shipping options available for selection at checkout determine whether delivery is available.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery, the format and the configuration of the artwork ordered.

The shipping costs applicable to the respective order are shown to the customer in the checkout before the order is completed.

Delivery time

As each artwork is individually produced only after the order has been received, the delivery time consists of the production time and the shipping time.

For deliveries within Germany, the estimated total delivery time is generally approximately 9 working days; for deliveries to Austria and Switzerland, approximately 11 working days. These estimates are based on WhiteWall’s anticipated production and delivery times and may vary in individual cases.

If a significant delay occurs after the contract has been concluded, we will inform the customer without undue delay.

Deliveries to Switzerland
Deliveries to Switzerland are handled by our production and fulfillment partner WhiteWall as DDP shipments (Delivered Duty Paid).

WhiteWall handles customs clearance on the basis of the production value commissioned from WhiteWall. This does not mean that Swiss VAT or import taxes are charged on, or included in, the sales price displayed in the WILPSIZE shop.

Transport damage

If an artwork or its packaging is damaged upon delivery, we ask the customer to contact us as soon as possible at contact@wilpsize.com, stating the order number.

Where possible, we also ask for photographs of the damaged packaging and the artwork. This helps us process the damage claim.

The customer’s statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
