OpenCluster

OpenCluster evokes something larger whose boundaries remain uncertain. Nearness and distance cannot be clearly defined. The work combines a sense of movement with unexpected stillness. It invites us to see the familiar from a different perspective for a moment.

Configuration
The photograph is produced as a photographic print on glossy Fuji Crystal Archive photographic paper and presented behind 2 mm thick, glossy acrylic glass. The acrylic glass surface enhances the color brilliance, contrast and spatial depth of the image.

ArtBox wood, black oak
The ArtBox frame in black oak gives the artwork a stronger spatial presence. The front-facing frame width is just 4 mm, with a frame depth of 35 mm. The black oak finish creates a subtle, elegant contrast with the glossy acrylic glass surface.
